A hiányolt csomagok az Ubuntu 24.04-hez tartoznak, de amúgy léteznek:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/noble/libatk1.0-0t64
https://packages.ubuntu.com/noble/libglib2.0-0t64

A törött csomagokra először is talán ez:

sudo dpkg --configure -a

Aztán eldöntöd mit szeretnél.

Emlékeim szerint én tettem fel a Double Commander-t Xubuntu 22.04-re és ahhoz biztosan nem kellett semmilyen Ubuntu 24.04-es csomag, mert akkor ez még nem is létezett.

Szerintem a Synaptic ezt egyszerűen megoldja.

Az Opensuse tárolóból szoktam feltenni mindig, mert ott jelenik meg leghamarabb a frissebb verzió.

Azzal nem szokott gond lenni. Részletek a Linux Mint kézikönyvben.

Még nem tudni, hogy milyen a rendszered, de addig megpróbálhatod a Qt változatot. Csak mert a GTK körül most dúl a vihar, oszt lehet, nagyon valószínű, hogy nem tudod a függőségi láncolatot feloldani, mert a probléma a tárolók beállításánál van, nem a rendszeredben. (Tipp).
