Nemrég vettem egy Dell G3 3590 (G3590FI5UE1) laptopot. Szeretném megoldani a bejelentkezést ujjlenyomattal.
Feltettem a Fingerprint GUI-t https://mintguide.org/tools/257-fingerprint-gui-authorization-using-fingerprint-scanner-on-linux-mint.html, de nem találja az olvasót.

Közben megnéztem a Dell oldalát. Az olvasó típusa Goodix GF3208.

A kérdés ugyan nem erről a típusról szól, de a megoldás sok típust lefed. A válaszban van egy leírás a focal változat telepítésére (ami 20-as Mint-hez passzol). 19-es Minthez át kell dolgozni a parancsokat focal helyett bionic-ra, de most nem tudom leellenőrzini, hogy ehhez megvan-e minden itt:
